Smart!
Darla just climbed on to the couch and on my lap all by herself! Yes, it was to get food…. DarDar Sauce likes her food!
We are spending her first NYE alone, in the quiet and eating deli chicken. We had sparkling cider with her dad’s family earlier today.
She is walking pretty far unassisted and tried to dismantle the vacuum. I think she is pretty smart!

This year has been a little dark and is not ending on a great note – but rather on an informative note, So thank you, dear reader, for your e-mail this night, although I gather you will have seen the response I sent and my FaceBook.
But every year starts with hope. Every year of my life has been filled with love and great friends. Here is to the next year and better options, better choices and a stronger family.
