Yesterday we had an unexpected field trip to replace a flat tire.
While we waited Darla was teaching me Dance moves and how to be cool.

Please note, she put that outfit together herself and I just let it happen.

It is 10 pm. She has crashed my bed and awoken me from my dreams to inform me that

2. She needs gloves for her Cinderella dress

And for bonus points."Mom, your phone is too bright. How am I supposed to sleep when I can see.mh shadow?"

I wonder if anyone else keeps track of time with
1. I just cleaned the floors
2. The house looks kinda sticky
3. I can’t live like this and have to clean again

When I was pregnant with Darla, I was introduced to Pastrami Pizza with pickles and mustard.
They brought it to me in the hospital after she was born…and here she is at 3.5 years old with her own little pie. She wanted "red spots on it"
She watched Frozen and ate the pepperoni while I had Pastrami and waited for Stephanie to get out of mass. Rather than drive home from Arcadia and back out there tomorrow, we kidnapped her.

Tomorrow is the last season game for the Dodgers and family tradition means we must go.
