UnMask the Cure with the Pacific Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute

leave a comment »

This Thursday I will see this mask, painted by Mark Hamill, in person. Find me at the #unmaskthecure fundraiser focusing on chest cancers and hosted by Jamie Foxx. It is an event for the Pacific Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute.

Why do I care about this? Well, Melanie Nelson, one of Darla’s sisters, has asthma and it has always been pretty serious. This is something I can do to make the world better for her.

Elf in a Manger

It’s like a B – Movie with a giant elf in a barn taking over a Victorian town!

Darla calls it a clown though. All elves are clowns. Great. Now elves are creepy
