Oh @neopets, I have been trying to cancel my membership with you for over a year.

Granted I have never gotten over and not being able to find my original account on your servers and so I’m super worried about the unicorn that’s out there somewhere dying of starvation since 2008.

But I started a new account with Darla and then we never play on it so over a year ago I try to cancel the premium payments. and I’ve tried. And I’ve tried. And I’ve emailed. And I’ve done everything I can but you still take almost $8 out of my PayPal account a month which is nothing per month but it’s been over $80 in a year and I’m sure we’re well over $100 now. Let’s not forget to factor in my irritation and the value of my time which I currently bill around $25 an hour cuz I’m cheap.
