Darla's Mom

It is November 10th and Miss Darla is 10month old.

Still toothless, but standing on her own. I have moved all the furniture in the living room to make a pit from which she can not escape. she likes to cruise around the parameter. I am hoping that if she hangs out there and not in her crib while DC works, she will like sleeping in her crib again. Last night she ad I slept in the pit together so she could cuddle on command and I don’t worry that she will wander off the bed.

She sounds like a “Tickle Me Elmo” when she laughs, and if we laughs at her – she laughs back. the same thing works for crying. Fortunately her night terrors are a thing of the past.

Her love affair with my hair continues – OUCHIE!

Friday she was in the dressing room area with me and I walked out to the hallway and she started to follow me. I told her to bring the snake toy she was playing with and she crawled back for it, grabbed it in her hand and laughed as she brought it to the living room with her. Yes, I think she understood.
